ORDER & RETURNS POLICY
PAYMENT
All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of packing and delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. You will be told the total price of all the products you are purchasing, including packing and delivery charges, before your order is confirmed. Online payment is provided in a secure environment. Payments can be made by one of the following payment methods: - Stripe - Paypal - Credit & Debit Cards Payment will be taken at time of order confirmation. All products remain the property of Complete Digital Print Ltd until full payment has been received and the funds have been cleared. Please ensure your billing address and telephone number are as registered with your Credit Card company as incorrect information provided may cause a delay in processing your order. Complete Digital Print Ltd will not be held liable for delay or non-delivery if the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorise payment.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
All details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the covid19signage.ie website are correct at the time of upload. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
CANCELLATIONSS
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. Cancellations can be made by email to info@completedigitalprint.ie.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made via www.covid19signage.ie under the below conditions:
FAULTY ITEMS
We do our very best to ensure that products are well protected when shipped to our customers. However, in the instance of products that are broken or damaged in transit, you must contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after this time. You will be required to email a photo of the damaged product to info@completedigitalprint.ie and we will arrange a replacement of the item for you. You may be requested to return the damaged product to Complete Digital Print Ltd If this is required of you, postage charges will be refunded for the return of faulty or damaged products. Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is faulty or damaged. We will endeavour to offer a replacement item where available if the product is faulty.
